RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION

Effective October 30, 2025

Holiee.com operates two distinct transaction types: (1) subscription fees for premium access and creator earnings, and (2) storefront purchases of physical goods, digital products, and services sold by independent sellers. This policy covers both.

1. Subscription Fees

1.1 Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are renewed by user after expiration. We do not auto-renew subscriptions but the renewal process is easy and simple.
  • Payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated below.

1.2 Cancellation

  • Anytime Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via Account → Subscriptions.
  • Effective Date: Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current period.
  • Access Until End of Period: You retain full premium benefits until the current billing cycle ends.

1.3 Refunds for Subscriptions

  • There are no refund on subscriptions.

2. Storefront Purchases (Goods & Services Sold by Users)

2.1 General Rule

All storefront transactions are between you (buyer) and the seller. Holiee.com acts only as a payment processor and marketplace host. Refund eligibility is governed by the seller’s individual policy, which must be displayed on the User Profile Page.

2.2 Minimum Seller Policy Requirements

Sellers must offer at least the below return window:

Physical Goods - 14 days from delivery and must be unused, in original packaging, buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective/DOA.

Digital Goods - non-refundable once downloaded with the exception of file being corrupted or not as described (must notify seller within 48 hours from download.

Services - 24 hours before start time for full refund, after start will be based on seller's discretion.

2.3 HOLIEE Escrow Protection

Physical Goods: Funds are held in escrow until you mark "Received & Acceoted" or 48 hours after tracking slows delivery.

Dispute Window: 7 days after delivery to open a claim.

Digital/Services: Funds released to seller immediately upon purchase unless a claim is filed within policy window above.

2.4 Refund Process

1. Contact the seller directly.
2. If unresolved after 48 hours, escalate to Holiee.com Support with order ID.
3. Holiee.com mediates; final decision rests with platform policy + evidence (photo, tracking, etc.).
4. Approved refunds return to your original payment method (or Holiee wallet) within 5-7 business days.

2.5 Non-Refundable Items (Platform-Wide)

  • Custom-made parts (e.g., CNC-machined to your specs)
  • Event tickets or meetup registrations
  • Used apparel or gear/equipment (if sold)
  • Subscriptions to a creator’s private content (governed by Section 1)

3. Chargeback & Fraud

  • Filing a chargeback without first using Holiee.com’s dispute process may result in account suspension.
  • Proven fraudulent returns (e.g., “item not received” with falsified tracking) lead to permanent bans and report to law enforcement.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this policy with 30 days’ notice posted in-app and via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
